We calculate our shipping costs during checkout. 
Free shipment is offered for orders over € 80,00.

    Between: €4,20 and €6,20

  • To Europe
    Between: €12,95 and €14,00

  • To the rest of the World
    Between: €19,95 and €27,80 additional duty & taxes are excluded.

    • In The Netherlands
      Approximately 1-2 business days

    • To Europe
      Approximately 2-4 business days

    • To the rest of the World
      Approximately 5-10 business days, outlying areas may take longer.

     

    Return policy

    Not happy with your order? You can always return it within 14 days. Please leave the tag on so we can accept your returned items.

    Return costs are covered by you, we do not cover these at this time.

    The rest of the World : additional duty & taxes are excluded.

    Accepting returned items

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return;

    • your item must be in the same condition that you've received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@ramushamustore.com.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
